Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of travelwithuche.com (“the site”), operated by Zingza LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site, creating an account, or posting content, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the site, and at least 18 to make a purchase.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You may use the site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

Community acceptable use

When posting questions, replies, or any other content to the community, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, or invasive of privacy.
• Post spam, advertising, affiliate links, scams, or repetitive promotional content.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organisation.
• Post sexually explicit content, or content harmful to minors.
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights.
• Collect or harvest other users’ information.

Your first post is held for review. We may moderate, edit, hide, or remove any content, and suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion — particularly for breaking these rules.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on and in connection with the site and its promotion. This licence continues for content that remains on the site after your account is closed (for example replies left in a thread), in anonymised form where practical.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate these terms or any law.

Our content

The site’s name, design, text, videos, guides, and graphics are owned by Zingza LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from them without permission, except for normal personal use of the site.

Shop orders

Prices and availability may change. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if it was mispriced or is unavailable). Digital products are licensed to you for personal use, not sold. Refund and delivery details are provided at checkout.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as YouTube and Venmo. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The site and its content — including travel guides and community advice — are provided “as is” for general information only, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. Travel conditions, prices, and requirements change; you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on. Community posts reflect the views of the people who wrote them, not us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zingza LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located there, unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
